The most recent listing is 40 Kai Ala Place in Ka'anapali. This 5300 square foot home, made of the highest quality materials and built in 2000 sits on almost an acre upon Ka'anapali Beach. The asking price? A cool $18.6 million or over $3000 per square foot.
