PEAHI FARMS REPORT
April 2nd, 2007A few days ago we walked the oceanfront Peahi Farms development in Haiku. Fifteen, huge, 3+ acre lots immediately South of the famed Jaws surf site. The lots surround a 100 acre farm. It was impressive. The stunning Maui vistas one would expect, the sound of crashing surf and enormous building envelopes. The area experiences the traditional Haiku weather conditions. In our opinion these lots are priced correctly well. They make a great deal of sense for a horse-oriented owner in particular.
