AFIDA, the Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act requires that all foreign persons who acquire, transfer or hold interests in US agricultural land report these holdings to the USDA, Farm Service Agency within 90 days of such transaction.
The Maui Film Festival will run this year from June 13-17. This is one of the real cultural treats on the island.
