NOVEMBER ALONG THE MAUI OCEANFRONT
December 2nd, 2007In November, three oceanfront properties went into escrow, all oceanfront homes. 20 Hui Road in Kahana is a brand new, 5600 square foot, Balinese influenced gem. Originally on the market for $9.5 million, it is currently listed at $8.95 million or approximately $1600 per square foot. 2175 Hana Highway (Maliko Gulch), 3800 square feet in excellent condition and listed for $3.975 million expects a very long closing as does 27 Holo Place in Kuau.
